The Way I See – Vol. 1

After living in Central America for the last few years shooting mostly landscape I am now back in my hometown Cologne.

I would like to express this change also in my photography. Therefore, I focus more on street photography in black and white.

Now I explore the textures, patterns and shapes of the urban landscapes. Using light, shadow and perspective, I create my own view of urban space, highlighting the beauty of often overlooked details.

This book shows the results of the first stage of my journey photographing the streets (from August 2022 - April 2023).
